FAQ

What counts as a run?

A successful pipeline run that produces a genealogy + Spotify playlist + per-track blurbs. Failed runs (errors during generation) do not count against your cap.

What does Standard / High / Premium quality mean?

Higher tiers route per-track research and blurb writing through more capable Claude models — Sonnet at High, Opus on the anchor blurb at Premium. Editorial structure is the same; the prose just gets richer.

What happens if I downgrade or cancel?

You keep access through the end of your current billing period, then drop to whatever tier you switched to (or Free if you canceled).

Are pay-per-run credits refundable?

Consumed credits are not refundable. Unused credits never expire and can be redeemed any time.

What is the public Archive?

A curated showcase on the homepage. Every successful generation is reviewed; the best go up as featured volumes.
